really appreciate this hotel
great selection excellent service clean room convenient location
the breakfast included a great selection of items. staff members like karolin, elvira, twinide, hemant, ravishka provided excellent service. i found the rooms very clean when i stayed here. the location is very convenient with many restaurants within a short distance.
the rooms walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be easily heard.

the ambience at the spa suasana was soothing. soft music played. calming scents enhanced the experience, promoting total relaxation after a tiring day.

The location near the metro was helpful. I could quickly access city attractions. the room had a comfortable king-size bed and i liked the city view. the staff provided quick assistance with my requests, and i used the gym, finding it well-equipped. i also appreciated the variety of options at the breakfast buffet. It made mornings easy.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long, though it wasn't a major issue.

the location was quite convenient for accessing nearby restaurants..
the breakfast situation was a mess. long queues were typical, a unpleasant start to the day. the indian menu was limited plus not tasty, further adding to the disappointment.
